The magnificent location for the price, near shopping center nearby, Fx Sudirman, Plaza Senayan, Senayan City, Senayan Trade Center, Ratu Plaza and Senayan Arcadia and restaurants, wine bars, a gigantic shopping centre.

Excellent overall experience. Fairly clean and brilliant hotel, consistently courteous staff and very comfy beds. Spotless, huge rooms. Amazing, marvellous breakfast with options for all taste, had appetising food. Excellent service, parking onsite. Amazing pool area too.

Good hotel and very friendly staff.
The reception staff are a bit slow. We arrived at around 11 pm and we had to wait for almost an hour to make the room ready. Even though I would have thought that the room should have been ready since check-in time which is at 2 P.M..There was always two staff at the front desk and if you need to ask anything it would take ages till you are done.The Breakfast place has a very loud music.

if in my country that rate,you could have an speciall bathroom especially the bath tab..in your hotel bathroom was like 1 star hotel in malaysia..

Moldy smell in the room; Executive Lounge small and tables not suited for the offered breakfast (tables were too low), choices for breakfast too little for this price. I cannot share the enthusiastic comments which I saw on the Booked.net website.

We liked our room, it was always super clean and had everything we needed. It was a breeze to get to the city center from here. Plus, loved having tea facilities and all the usual TV channels. 🌟

its old furniture. hope they will enhance the lobby and replace the old furniture with modern or trendy furniture. Hope the hotel will improve the availability of WIFI in the hotel to include the room. Currently wifi only available in lobby & restaurant.
